We will treat you, your home and property with respect and as if it were our own. We will not rush to complete a job, or cut corners to save time. We provide safe and proven soft wash methods, utilize professional-grade equipment, use soft washing methods, and non-damaging, eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions for your exterior home cleaning. All team members are highly trained and specialize in the cleaning of the exterior of your home or business.

All of our solutions are eco-friendly and biodegradable. People, plants and pets remain safe! As a precaution, we still rinse all plants and vegetation before and after we are done cleaning. Since our cleaning solutions break down almost immediately after coming into contact with organic compounds, a pet would not be affected by its residue after our work is completed. Our crews are highly trained to protect your plants and property. We take every foreseeable precaution to ensure that your landscaping and personnel property are protected and remain in the same condition or better than when we arrived at your site.

We request payment made in full upon completion of work. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. All crews are set up to receive payment on site. If you are not home at the time of service, you can make payment online via an emailed estimate that is sent after completion of service or over the phone by contacting the office at (678)971-9068.

Not at all. We can properly clean your home without anyone being home during the time of cleaning. We do ask that you ensure all windows are closed and gates unlocked prior to our arrival. If you are able to do so, we also ask that you lay a towel on the floor, inside your exterior doors to absorb any water that may enter as a result of defective door seals.
Though this isn’t a new technique, Soft-Washing is something you only find with the best Pressure Washing companies in our industry. Yes, we still use a pressure washer, however this method allows us to provide our clientele amazing exterior cleaning results at a lower PSI, or Pounds Per Square Inch. In using this method, it allows us to eliminate any potential for DAMAGE that pressure washing under a high PSI can cause to certain materials such as roofing or siding or wooden decks. The great thing about soft-washing is that it’s absolutely safe and very effective for cleaning any surface that we encounter.
While we aim to serve each of our customers with the highest level of service, we do ask that you do just a few things to prepare for our arrival: (1) Ensure all windows and doors are fully closed. (2) Bring inside any outdoor cushions or pillows that might could be damaged by the cleaning solution. (4) If you are scheduled for a Luxury Soft Wash with exterior window cleaning, please ensure all screens are removed prior to service.
This is a very popular question. While we are cleaning the exterior of your home, we do clean the windows. This isn’t a traditional window clean where we come in and scrub the windows, but the windows themselves will be cleaned of mildew, algae and debris. We do offer an exterior window cleaning as a part of our Luxury Soft Wash.
While it is not required to remove the screens prior to cleaning, we do encourage our customers to remove screens whenever reasonably possible to allow for a more thorough cleaning. We do offer a deep screen cleaning as a separate service if so desired.
Yes, We carry all proper licenses and certifications required for the work we perform. We also carry a $1 Million Commercial Liability Policy for your added protection and peace of mind. Our employees are all covered with proper workman’s compensation and liability insurance.
Yes, We understand that certain cleaning needs may apply, such as touching up only the front visible roof to increase the curb appeal for a home for sale. But it is highly recommended to avoid a partial cleaning and treatment. The un-treated sections most likely already have bacteria and algae spores you cannot see. These spores will travel to the treated roof sections and expedite contamination and re-growth.

Most black stains on roofs are caused by algae (Gloeocaspa Magma). This is an airborne spore that can land on most any roof, and can actually harm your roof by eating into the limestone that is a component of many shingles today. When it rains, the algae can slowly spread down the roof, adding more stains and streaks. We can not only remove the algae, but help keep it from coming back. Major shingle manufacturers recommend that you clean this algae off — but not to use high pressure washing to do it.

Pressure washing not only can damage your shingle, it can VOID your manufactures warranty. Soft Washing uses about as much pressure as a regular garden hose. It is the method approved by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturing Association (ARMA) so it won’t void your warranty, and it is recommended by most of the larger insurance companies as a form of general maintenance.

Major vinyl siding manufacturers recommend a thorough and safe cleaning every 12 to 18 months. Removing buildups of dirt, debris, mold, algae and oxidation help prolong the longevity of your siding and make it look its best.

Your gutters are designed to drain the water from you roof way from your house and foundation. Full gutters and clogged downspouts can lead to roof and gutter damage or leaky basements.
